Holly has always been involved in sports and fitness from dance, gymnastics, competing and coaching figure skating in her youth, to more recently, training and competing in fitness competitions. Her passion for health and fitness drove her to pursue an education in Kinesiology, which she is currently working on completing.
Holly signed up at Ramsay early 2014 and instantly became hooked! After only 8 months, she decided to take her love of Crossfit to the next level and increase her knowledge by taking the Level 1 Crossfit Trainer and dove right in to coaching.
Her goal is to continually learn, grow and be challenged into innovative ways of thinking to provide a higher level of coaching and training. The most rewarding aspects of coaching is giving an athlete a feeling of accomplishment and helping them progress and continually improve in their training.
Holly’s favourite WODs are chippers and her favourite lift is the snatch.
