• Ken Andrukow Owner – Head Coach

    Ken has been involved in CrossFit and has been training clients for over 13 years. He had served as Media Director for CrossFit HQ, qualified for the 2012 CrossFit Games as a 40+ year old master, and is a member of Coach Burgener’s Weightlifting seminar staff. After leaving his career in finance, Ken began to look for new and more personally rewarding endeavours. As a life long athlete, Ken was always asked by colleagues how he stayed fit with such a hectic schedule. For him it was simple…health and wellness was and remains a priority and is incorporated into his day, everyday. Whether it be nutrition, fitness or time off, Ken believes you must make each a daily priority. Ken played hockey and was a member of Team Canada cycling in 1982-84. Ken enjoys downhill skiing, motocross, hiking and of course a good CrossFit WOD. Ken is passionate about helping all of his athletes reach their goals and is always willing to take time to talk all things health and wellness.

  • Abdullah Elladen CrossFit Kids Coach

    Abdullah is one of our CrossFit Kids coaches. He currently has his Level 1 and Crossfit Kids Certifications and hopes to gain more knowledge and experience to coach more during the adult classes.

    Aside from coaching, Abdullah (aka abz), has been teaching Physical Education for 10 years and has coached multiple sports like volleyball, basketball, and wrestling at the junior high level.

    His favourite part about CrossFit are the relationships and commeraderie you create and of course competing hard in all the WODS.

    Abdullah’s favourite movement is the clean, and he well known for his quick burpees and loud “woooooos” during intense workouts.

  • Stacey Armstrong CrossFit Kids Coach

    Stacey is one of our CrossFit Kid’s coaches and full time athlete liaison. She was a school teacher for six years and coached numerous sports teams throughout her teaching experience.

    Stacey has a passion for fitness and health and is now living her dream as a full time staff at Reebok CrossFit Ramsay. Her qualifications include: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate, CrossFit Kids Trainer Certificate, Crossfit Weightlifting, and Precision Nutrition Coach.

    Stacey loves to lift heavy weights and enjoys hero WODs. What she loves most about CrossFit is its inclusiveness and how it improves self-confidence and quality of life in anyone willing to put up the fight.

  • Holly MacDonald REFORM Coach

    Holly has always been involved in sports and fitness from dance, gymnastics, competing and coaching figure skating in her youth, to more recently, training and competing in fitness competitions. Her passion for health and fitness drove her to pursue an education in Kinesiology, which she is currently working on completing.

    Holly signed up at Ramsay early 2014 and instantly became hooked! After only 8 months, she decided to take her love of Crossfit to the next level and increase her knowledge by taking the Level 1 Crossfit Trainer and dove right in to coaching.

    Her goal is to continually learn, grow and be challenged into innovative ways of thinking to provide a higher level of coaching and training. The most rewarding aspects of coaching is giving an athlete a feeling of accomplishment and helping them progress and continually improve in their training.

    Holly’s favourite WODs are chippers and her favourite lift is the snatch.

  • John Wilkinson Gymnastics Coach

    John is the Gymnastics Coach at Reebok CrossFit Ramsay. He has many years experience in coaching competitive and recreational gymnastics at both the University of Calgary and Mount Royal University.

    He was a competitive gymnast for 8 years before becoming a Dino and joining the Gymnastics team at the University of Calgary, which is also where he obtained a Bachelor of Physical Education Degree. He is a Level 3 NCCP Gymnastics Coach, Level 2 CSIA Ski Instructor and has been doing CrossFit for 4 years.

    Firefighter by day, gymnastics guru by night. John loves a wod that requires pushing anything from shoulders to overhead position, and of course, wods that incorporate Gymnastics movements!

  • Mandy Milliquet CrossFit Coach

    Mandy is one of our CrossFit coaches, as well as our yoga instructor. She has been working in the fitness industry for six years and has taught a wide variety of group fitness classes.

    Her passion for health, fitness and athletics led her to obtain a bachelor degree in kinesiology, followed by a doctorate degree in naturopathic medicine. She currently practices right here inside our beautiful facility! She loves being able to help people obtain their health and fitness goals and truly believes that exercise is the best medicine.

    Mandy’s qualifications include CrossFit Level 1 and Fitness Yoga Certification.

    Her favourite CrossFit movements are toes to bar and wall balls, and her favourite lift is the clean and jerk.

  • Nicholas Hum CrossFit Coach

    Nick is a Level 1 CrossFit Coach at RCR. He played lacrosse for 16 years and weight lifted before getting involved in CrossFit. He also enjoys running, hiking, and all activities outdoors.

    Nick is passionate about living an active and healthy lifestyle. He enjoys coaching as it gives him an opportunity to share this passion with clients, friends and family.

    His favourite aspect of CrossFit is its inclusiveness that supports and challenges athletes of all levels and backgrounds.

  • Jenny Malcolm CrossFit Coach

    Growing up, sports played an active part in Jenny’s life. From Gymnastics, Trampoline, to Competitive Snowboarding, training & competing is a part of her DNA. Jenny has had the opportunity to compete boarder cross and Free ride series on an international stage, and when her snowboarding career ended, she naturally gravitated to CrossFit.

    Jenny is a Level 1 Crossfit Trainer, and holds her OPEX CCP associate coaching certificate. Jenny is also an NCCP Level 2 gymnastics coach, and holds a Level 3 qualification from the Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors.

    Anything with a barbell that is heavy is her favorite movement.
