Why Olympic Lifting?
It’s a lot of fun and it keeps me fit.

Biggest Achievement since having started Olympic Lifting?
Being invited to be part of Team Alberta for the Western Canada Championships and being able to better manage my nervousness before and during competitions.

How did you get started into Olympic Lifting?
I learned the basics while doing CrossFit at RCR.

Max Lifts:
Clean & Jerk: 78kg
Snatch: 67kg

Goal for the upcoming year?
Improve my lifts by 5kg each, stay injury-free and continue to have fun lifting!

Favourite healthy meal?
Wheat pancakes, eggs and a lot of bacon
