Why CrossFit?

I needed a competitive outlet after I was done playing university and semi pro lacrosse.
CrossFit is the perfect storm.

Biggest Achievement since having started CrossFit?

Competing on the Reebok CrossFit Ramsay team at Regionals this past year.

Favourite WOD or favourite type of workout?

Fran. Quick barbell workouts are my favourite.

How did you get started in CrossFit?

My wife, Amanda wanted to try it so we went, and have been going every since. We had
previously done a lot of CrossFit-like stuff in our own programs.
