Why CrossFit?
I have failed at global gyms for decades and I needed a place where I didn’t have to figure out what workout to do and someone there to show me what to do. From the minute I walked through the door I know my fitness journey would change forever.

Biggest Achievement since having started CrossFit?
Being consistent in coming for over a year and that I do not limp anymore.

Favourite WOD or favourite type of workout?
Honestly every workout without burpees is my favourite. I don’t care how hard they are I just do the best I can.

How did you get started into CrossFit?
A video of Facebook drew me into the New You Challenge in January, 2016. Ken, all the coaches, and athletes that have become friends have helped me stay.
