Why CrossFit?
Ryan wanted to be part of something and was sick of working out on his own. He loves the coaching aspect of it.

Biggest Achievement since having started CrossFit?
Ryan’s biggest achievement since starting has been showing himself that just because something is scary, it doesn’t mean that he can do them. Since Ryan started CrossFit in October, his life has changed for the better in so many ways!
