I think CrossFit became my sport because of the community of people. How everyone encourages and pushes each other toward the same goal.
My biggest achievement would have to be just doing pull-ups. I had injured my shoulder doing improper pull-ups before joining CrossFit and took about eleven months to recover. When first joined CrossFit I could barely do a few assisted pull-ups, it took a lot of practice and patience to get to where I am now.
What is your favorite WOD
My favourite WOD would be anything around the 20 minute mark like Cindy or anything with rowing.
How did you get started in CrossFit?
I got started in Crossfit because of Don Blishen! He convinced me to give it a try, he thought I would enjoy the community of people and the challenge.

Power Snatch: 120 lbs
Dead Lift: 295 lbs
