Why CrossFit?
The nature of competition, the motivating atmosphere and my desire to do well which often pushes me beyond my personal limitations.

Biggest Achievement since having started CrossFit?
For me it would be any WOD I can do RX’d.

Favourite WOD or favourite type of workout?
Any chipper WOD is my favourite because they test and push my limits. You get to do a bunch of different movements, hang out with friends and tax your system in the process. Apart from being completely exhausted, I’m proud of myself after a chipper.

How did you get started into CrossFit?
My brother in law was looking for something challenging to get him into shape and I was becoming bored with bootcamp based work outs when we came across Reebok Crossfit Ramsay. Coincidentally my coworker also went to the same gym which made my experience that much better and I’ve been here ever since.
