Congratulations Aniz Hooda!

Aniz has yet to miss a 10am Masters Class since she finished the New You Challenge in July. Before the Challenge she had no idea what CrossFit was. After having been in classes three times per week since beginning in June, she highly recommends CrossFit as a way of accomplishing goals and staying active. Her biggest accomplishments so far have been gaining the stamina to run around the building and the ability to squat. She really enjoys classes that incorporate rowing. Aziz has lost 14lbs of fat to date and has gained an tremendous amount of strength, coordination and mobility. She is an absolute pleasure to have in the community, and we couldn’t be more proud of her! Well done Aniz!
