During your complimentary session you will:

  • Experience a fun CrossFit workout with a caring and supportive coach
  • Become educated on the fundamentals of CrossFit
  • Learn about our programs and membership options
  • Classes are open to all fitness levels and are provided in a safe and supportive environment.

If you do not have previous experience with CrossFit this is a great place to start. We have One on One for our Foundations program:

One on One: New athletes to CrossFit must completing our Foundations Program, which include 5 one on one 45 minute sessions, 2 weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes, a Paleo Meal Plan and 2 InBody body composition scans. These one on one sessions will introduce new athletes to CrossFit’s basic movements including squats, push-ups, medicine ball cleans, deadlifts, presses, etc. The emphasis is on technique and introducing the intense nature of the CrossFit methodology. These one on one sessions will allow you to integrate smoothly and safely into our regular CrossFit classes at a time convenient to you, for $450 + tax.

What Is CrossFit

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our avid hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

PLANS & PRICING

The most economical plan for a membership at Reebok CrossFit Ramsay is our 12 month commitment with unlimited use for CrossFit classes at $198 + tax/month.

We also offer a one time fee membership of $1,980 + tax for 12 months of unlimited CrossFit classes, which saves you 2 months of membership fees.

For those who aren’t quite ready to commit, we offer 6 month memberships at $225 + tax/month, and month to month memberships at $250 + tax/month – both with unlimited use for CrossFit classes.

Student memberships are $198+tax/month for unlimited CrossFit classes with no renewal commitment.

By applying on-line for a membership, you acknowledge that your membership will automatically be renewed at the end of the membership term selected unless notified in writing to info@reebokcrossfitramsay.com 30 days prior to the end date.

There are no refunds upon completion of purchase.

Member’s are responsible in knowing their membership end date.

In the event you decide to cancel your membership prior to the commitment term being completed, you are agreeing to pay the difference between the month to month fee with (no discount) and the membership option you have selected for each month you have attended classes and received the discount.
