CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. We have designed our program to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
The CrossFit Program was developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. Our athletes are trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges. This fitness is demanded of military and police personnel, firefighters, and many sports requiring total or complete physical prowess. CrossFit has proven effective in these arenas.
CrossFit Kids emphasizes on quality movement through broad and inclusive activities, designed to promote fun fitness. This program is for ages 5 through 9 and focuses on providing kids with the opportunity to excel in their fitness and skill level.
CrossFit Kids at Reebok CrossFit Ramsay is dedicated to creating a program that has a positive impact on all athletes (yes, anyone who walks into our gym is referred to as an ‘athlete’), empowering them to be the best version of themselves possible.
The benefits of personal training are infinite. Working one on one with one of our experienced and dedicated coaches will help you reach goals and improve in areas of weaknesses. The benefits of personal training have proved so effective that it has become a popular sevice amongst our athletes. With each personal training session, athletes are given individualized homework to be completed before the next personal training session.
Olympic Lifting classes focus on the efficient execution of the snatch and the clean and jerk. These dynamic and explosive lifts are strategically programmed to improve accuracy and efficiency under the bar.
Gymnastics provides athletes with an opportunity to improve stregnth, flexibility, balance and coordination in a fun yet challenging environment. Athletes work towards efficiency in handstands, front and back flips, bar muscle-ups and ring work.
What can you expect?
The first half of the class is spent building functional strength and sculpting you muscles. We want you to create the body shape you desire, learn new and exciting movements and accomplish things you never thought were possible.
In the second half, the intensity is ramped up and we get a sweat on. The variety of techniques used are designed to develop all areas of fitness, keep your body guessing and maximize fat burning potential, not just in the session, but all day long.
All that is asked is that you bring a positive attitude and give every class 100% effort. Do this, and three one hour sessions a week will be plenty in helping you achieve that leaner, stronger and fitter body.

We know ‘collaborative competition’ pushes an individual player to their best, and pulls up the whole team.
Your team will improve:

Fine print: There is no cap on participant numbers so long as they are within the same team, however, this is a fixed team cost and is not discounted for reduced number of participants.
Our coaches are qualified and professional. Each session includes a strength and metabolic conditioning component. Each session will be FUN and SAFE, and will present new skills and challenges for the athletes.

Junior Varsity (JV) prepares kids aged 10-15 for all-around athleticism. They get stronger, faster, more powerful, and more flexible. They learn about performance nutrition, and get set up to be an ‘athlete for life,’ whether within CrossFit, another sport, or just a fitter individual.
JV also delivers valuable lessons about life: hard work, character, courage and overcoming adversity. Many call it, “the sport for kids who don’t play sports,” because it’s also fun. John Ratey, author of Spark! and brain researcher at Harvard, referred to the CrossFit Kids programs as ‘collaborative competition,’ because kids cheer for one another.
