CrossFit Teens is a safe and exciting way for youth to develop strength, confidence, and improve their fitness. This program teaches the importance of proper technique and body awareness.
The Teens program runs three days a week, with two days focused on skill development and conditioning and the third day focused on technique and strength.
CrossFit Teens is a great compliment to any specialized sport program because it works on a broad range of movement which helps to prevent many repetitive-strain and overuse injuries which are becoming prevalent in youth sport populations.
The program is just as suitable for youth who are just discovering the world of health and fitness and would benefit from knowledgeable coaching in a fun and diverse gym.
CrossFit Kids is all about blending fitness and fun, while teaching kids the importance of including fitness into their day.
We teach kids skills and exercises through games and play so that they’re smiling and laughing while they learn.
