Reebok CrossFit Ramsay has helped dozens of people just like you identify and work towards their weight loss and health goals. We provide a comfortable introduction to your fitness journey through a “No-Sweat” Intro. You will sit down one-on-one with a coach to get an understanding of your lifestyle, set goals and a realistic timeline to achieve your goals, and define what success means to you. The “No-Sweat” Intro is a chance to build a relationship with your coach, paint a clear picture of your starting place, and to start receiving expert support on your new path.

We place huge importance on nutrition and lifestyle choices outside of the gym. If you struggle with eating habits, stress, sleeping, or overall well-being our coaches will work with you and meet you where you are to build a set of healthy habits that will be sustainable in the long run.

Our exercise programs are designed to “meet you where you start” by making you feel comfortable and providing the right amount of challenge. We offer One-on-One Personal Training, Small Group Semi-Private, and Group Class, all depending on the level of support and contact you would like from your coach.
